The important distinction
Amazon KDP describes low-content books as interiors with minimal or no content that are generally repetitive and designed for the customer to fill in. Its examples include notebooks, planners, diaries, journals, and log books. Amazon says coloring and puzzle books are generally not low-content because their pages are not typically repetitive. There can be exceptions, so publishers should use KDP's current guidance when setting up a title.
